I was talking with a cousin the other night and she was telling me about my young cousin (her niece) is pregnant. I think she is about 16 or 17. I thought it would happen sooner or later. This girl is troubled. Anyway, my cousin was telling me that the young girl's brother is really pissed about it and I said, he should have been giving her support and trying to protect her. She said that he was doing so. I then told her I didn't think so, because I have actually had to get on this boy's case...

Af-Am Men have a duty to Af-Am Society to date the most aestheticly beautiful person they can.

But it is no way for you Af-Am women to dictate who we Af-Am men should date.

Sorry I thought I posted this topic but I guess I didn't. Ladies I have been thinking about this lately. When I was in undergrad there were sooo many more black women in school than men. I remember talking about this in class a couple of times and not really coming to a conclusion. Fast forward to graduate school and now I am lucky if I have ONE black guy in all of my classes combined!! Why do you think black women are in school, graduating from school and recieving degrees in higher numbers...
